    About the Role: As a Titan Wizard, you'll be at the forefront of transforming the way our clients operate, guiding them through every twist and turn of the ServiceTitan platform. You’ll manage a book of clients, acting as their go-to expert for everything from troubleshooting to coaching, from crafting flawless pricebooks to integrating powerful tools. Your mission?     Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide top-tier support and coaching to our clients, ensuring they maximize their use of ServiceTitan.

    • Build, customize, and optimize pricebooks tailored to each client's needs.

    • Set up and manage integrations that enhance our clients' operations.

    • Maintain close relationships with your clients, anticipating their needs and delivering solutions that exceed their expectations.

    • Stay ahead of the curve with ongoing ServiceTitan developments, ensuring our clients are always in the know.

    Qualifications:

    • A deep, working knowledge of ServiceTitan with at least 2 years of daily hands-on experience.

    • Background in project management or project engineering.

    • Experience working in the trades is a significant advantage—knowing the industry from the inside out helps us relate to and better serve our clients.

  • We’re building a dedicated Pricebook Division and looking for a Pricebook Wizard who lives in ServiceTitan and loves turning messy data into clean, revenue-driving pricebooks.

    What You’ll Do

    • Build and optimize ServiceTitan pricebooks from scratch and from existing client data

    • Structure categories, subcategories, services, materials, equipment, and memberships

    • Implement flat-rate and margin-based pricing, good-better-best options, and upsell pathways

    • Clean and import data from spreadsheets/legacy systems into ServiceTitan

    • Standardize naming, descriptions, and internal notes so techs can sell confidently in the field

    • Configure key pricebook-related settings (labor rates, markups, GL mapping, etc.)

    • Collaborate with our team and join client calls to understand their business model & goals

    • Help create repeatable frameworks and SOPs for Titan Wizards’ Pricebook Division

    What You Bring

    • Direct, hands-on ServiceTitan pricebook experience (you’ve built or rebuilt pricebooks, not just used them)

    • Strong understanding of at least one trade: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar

    • High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for cleanup, mapping, and imports

    • Obsessed with details, consistency, and clean data

    • Comfortable working directly with owners/operations leaders and asking smart questions

    • Excellent written communication for both customer-facing and internal task descriptions

    Bonus Points For:

    • Prior role inside a home service company (dispatcher, CSR, office manager, ops, GM, etc.)

    • Experience with flat-rate pricing, margin targets, and home service financial KPIs

    • Familiarity with tools that integrate with ServiceTitan (inventory, purchasing, dynamic pricing, etc.)

    • Consulting/freelance background in the ServiceTitan or home services space
