I am a process nerd and love to create and document workflows. I love to come up with out of the box solutions to solve complex problems using ServiceTitan

💬 Fun Fact

I used to participate competitively in the sport of dog agility and was a professional dog trainer. That’s where I learned to coach people. 

🎓 Background / Experience

I got into the trades in 2014, after moving to Texas from New York City. In 2017,I implemented ServiceTitan and became hooked ever since. In 2021, I was the third person (by a few days) to receive a coaching certification from ServiceTitan.

I love all things AI, but I’m attached to my notebook. Writing things down locks them in my memory vault.
