With a background in the HVAC and automotive industries, I combine my Red Seal Parts Technician certification and management training to bridge the gap between the field and the office. With a background in the HVAC and automotive industries, I combine hands-on technical knowledge with a strong understanding of business systems. I love creating organized, efficient processes that help teams work smarter and get the most out of ServiceTitan.

My Google Calendar...it is the best tool to keep my day organized and helps me with planning and prioritizing my day.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my family.  We enjoy going to the movies, Lego, and crafts.  We especially love to travel to see new places and go on new adventures.
